Spinach Dip Stuffed Bread

This is a party food if I’ve ever tasted one! After more than a year of isolation, I’m really looking to fill my home with friends and loved ones and this is the perfect appetizer to enjoy while catching up! Use any kind of bread you like here, but I suggest the best being something light and fluffy on the inside with a good crust on the outside. For a Gluten-Free option, try Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette.

1 Large loaf of bread (ciabatta or baguette work well here) 1/2 brick of cream cheese softened 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Cucina Aurora Garlic & Herb Dip Mix 1/4 cup thawed frozen spinach 1/4 cup thawed frozen artichokes 1 - 2 Tablespoons Cucina Aurora Garlic Olive Oil
Heat the oven to 400 degrees Mix together Cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic dip mix, spinach and artichokes. Set aside. Slice the loaf of bread down the center length wise and open it like a book. Scoop out excess bread from the middle making a well on both sides. Spoon the dip onto the bread and spread it evenly. Close the bread and place it on a sheet of foil. Make sure the bread is closed tightly so the dip does not drip out when heated. Gently coat the top of the bread with garlic oil. Wrap the loaf in the foil tightly and bake for 10-15 minutes or until outside is crisp and dip is melted. Slice and enjoy!
