SEASON:

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh sage
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary
  • 4-6 ears of corn, husks on
  1. Soften butter in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  2. Remove from microwave and stir in chopped herbs. Chill.
  3. Place corn, in husk on a hot outdoor grill. Grill about 20-30 minutes until outside husks are brown.
  4. Peal back husks and smear Herb butter on hot corn…ENJOY!
