Since the onion comes to this recipe in two different forms its power is amplified. Before taking a bite, concentrate on the negativity you would like to expel from you body and spirit as you eat this meal. Ask the onion to help rid you of these negative energies within yourself.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 envelope all natural vegetable soup mix (no MSG)
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 scallions (green onions), chopped
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • One dozen mini bagels, sliced in half (plain)
  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, soup mix, carrots, and scallions in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture on one side of the bagel and layer with tomatoes and red onions, cover with other side of the bagel.
  3. Repeat with remaining bagels.
