Healthier One Bowl Banana Bread

This delicious banana bread takes no time to whip up! Just add all your ingredients in one bowl! The bonus is that it uses gluten free and dairy free ingredients plus chia seed and flax for a healthier option to similar breads, but it is still sweet, soft and moist!

1 1/2 cup Gluten Free all purpose flour

1/2 cup almond meal

2 ripe bananas mashed

2 eggs

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup almond or oat milk

1 TBSP Chia Seeds

1 TBSP flax meal

1 TBSP cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Mix all ingredients together until just combined. Do not over mix, batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until center tests done with a toothpick. Cool compleatly before serving.
