- 2 TBSP Cucina Aurora Tomato Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Cucina Aurora Veggie Dill Dip
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- Juice from 1/2 a fresh lemon
- 1 TBSP Water
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- 1/2 cup champagne or white vinegar
- 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese (or to taste)
- Pinch salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients (liquids first) in a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth and well mixed. Drizzle over fresh salad and enjoy. Can be kept refrigerated up to a week in an air tight container.
