Chicken Tacos made Easy Cheesey

There is nothing better to please a crowd than a try full of warm tacos. This recipe takes only minutes to put together and can be topped with your favorite toppings or nothing at all!

1-2 pounds chicken tenderloin (about 12 tenderloins)
pinch salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper infused Olive Oil
12 Corn or flour Soft Tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
Shredded Cabbage
Chopped tomatoes

Heat the oven to 400 Degrees.
place tenderloins in a baking dish and top with sprinkle of salt and pepper. then Coat in 2 Tablespoons of Hot Pepper Olive Oil, being sure each piece of Chicken is coated. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
When the chicken is done remove from oven and set aside. Heat a medium skillet to low heat. One by one heat tortillas topped with cheese just until cheese begins to melt. Remove the tortilla to a serving dish and top with one chicken tender, black beans, corn, cabbage and tomatoes. repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken. ENJOY!
