Apple Maple Vinaigrette

Here is a recipe that takes under 3 minutes and only 3 ingredients and is a complete show stopper when tossed with a salad of hearty greens, goat cheese, candied nuts and dried cranberries. To be honest, the combinations are endless! Start with hearty greens, like red leaf lettuce or kale, then add toppings of creamy goat cheese, dried or fresh fruits, red onions, mushrooms, carrots, radishes, and nuts. Just lightly toss with this easy dressing and you have your new favorite salad!

  • 1/2 cup Cucina Aurora Rosemary & Oregano Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (I recommend Ben's Sugar Shack from Temple NH)
 
Pour all ingredients in a bowl or bottle. Shake or whisk until all ingredients are combined. Toss with your favorite salad, or use as a marinade for chicken or pork. ENJOY
