1 pound ground turkey 1 large egg 1 Tablespoon Garlic and Herb Mix 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese 1 1/2 jars Sweet Basil Pomodoro sauce 2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomato Basil infused olive oil
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, cheese and garlic & herb mix. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
In a large skilled, heat olive oil on medium heat. From turkey mixture into balls about 2 inches big. Cook them in the skillet turning frequently until browned on all sides and cooked through. Turn heat to low and add Sweet Basil Pomodoro sauce. Let simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve over pasta, spaghetti squash or wilted spinach.
