Fig, Truffle and Goat cheese Pizza

Let’s face it, pizza is an obsession.

This recipe is an ode to a recipe found in my book, A Kitchen Witch’s Guide to Love & Romance but easier. Use already crumbled goat cheese and a healthy amount of our Black Label oil: Porcini and White Truffle. If you want to get creative you can add sauteed mushrooms or ribbons of prosciutto de Parma on top. Get creative! These ingredients are simple, but decadent!

1 store bought pizza crust 1-2 Tablespoons Porcini and White Truffle infused Olive Oil (plus more for drizzling) 1 Cup fresh  baby arugula 1 jar fig jam 4 oz goat cheese crumbled  
Heat oven to package instructions on your pizza crust. Brush pizza crust/dough with Porcini and White Truffle olive oil.  Top with tea spoons full of fig jam and then evenly disperse arugula. Top with goat cheese. Bake to crust instructions. Remove from oven and while still hot, add more fresh arugula and drizzle with desired amount of Porcini and White Truffle Oil.
