Grateful Gazpacho

Grateful Gazpacho

Tomatoes are in season now, until September. Although you can find them in your local grocery store all year long there is really nothing like fresh tomatoes from your own garden or Farmers Market. Tomatoes help us to accept and give love freely. The flavor that really stands out here is the refreshing crunch of the cucumber along with the sweetness of the tomatoes. Energetically, Cucumbers are full of masculine energy and help us to refresh our spirits. Combining them with tomatoes for love and onions to banish negativity this is a great recipe to help you get out of an emotional rut and wake up your spirit!
